At the initial stage of the process, we choose high quality steel wire. In addition, hooks are tested after tempering, after surface treatment and when being packed. The feedback we get from our customers is invaluable in order for us to improve our product and satisfy our customers better.

Hooks mainly consist of high carbon steel. After tempering, steel is subject to hydrogen absorption. So we have strict heat treatment to prevent it and ensure the strength of hook.

For finished products, they tested for strength. Finally, hooks are visually inspected to make sure that they have a perfect finish

Koper hooks feature a wide range of colors and finishes, from black nickel and gold to bronze. We successfully exploited red, blue etc. special colors. Especially, we exploited “special zinc” coat. It can reach 500 hours in salt spray test, breaking through the short corrosion resistance of normal technology. Moreover, our challenge within this field is to increase the rust resistance of our products even more, in order to supply the best hooks to our customers
